In Lake Atitlan the world stops. It is a microcosm that in the heart of Guatemala stars in one of the best trips you could dream of. Because around the lake the Mayan culture lives in twelve towns that emerge from its shores and three perfect volcanoes.

Our goal is to climb up to 3,020 meters above sea level San Pedro. The promise of stunning views over the great Lake Atitlan and a trekking of medium difficulty.
Four days of yoga, meditation and relaxation in a wonderful place. It will be a journey of exploration, moving from inner stillness to creative expression, familiarizing us with the rites of a unique culture. We will use millennial yoga techniques, including mantras, mudras, and kriyas, in this way you will have the opportunity to free your body, open your heart and uncover your own creativity and alignment.

Flight Volaris: 9:00 am arrives in Guatemala at 11:00
11:00 AM- Transfer to Atitlan from the airport.
2:30 PM- Arrival at Atitlan and transfer by private boat to the hotel.
3:00 PM – Arrival at the hotel and lunch.
6:00 PM- Introduction
6:30 PM- Yoga Practice
8:00 PM- Meditation
8:30 PM – Dinner and Gear Check
3 hours of sharp rise and 2 hours of descent.
7:00 am – Departure Time of the Villa Sumaya hotel
8:00 am – Arrival time to the park.
8:20 am – Start time of the walk.
The ascent took approx. 3-4hrs is estimated to arrive at the crater at 12:00 pm. Once they have arrived, they will have time to rest, enjoy their respective lunch, take pictures.
13: 00hrs – Begin to descend for a period of 2.5hrs. until you reach the park. Once they have returned, they will continue to the hotel, by land and lake transportation.
16:00 hrs. – Arrival time at the hotel approximately.

WHAT TO BRING?
For the Hike:
Waterproof jacket with goretex membrane
(otherwise a poncho and windbreaker jacket)
Half-mountain or tennis shoes for trekking
1 bottles of water to fill (Nalgine or canteen) after the walk.
SNACKS- bars, nuts, cookies. We will give you extra lunch and snacks.
