Join award-winning poet Annie Finch and beloved yogi Joyce E. Levy for a life-changing week of transformative words and Yoga. On the shore of magical Lake Atitlán, in an ancient healing refuge, we will remember how to take refuge in the harmony of our own beings. We will engage magical tools for mind, body, heart, will, and spirit, spiraling into the joyful practice of the Healing Rhythms.
Each day of our week together will blend the Healing Rhythms of Words practices — called “enriching,” “magical,” and “incredible” by former participants—with ceremony, meditation, free time to relax and absorb, and a dynamic, complementary Healing Rhythms yoga practice. Not only will the week itself be transformative, but it will empower you with confidence and personal practices to bring home with you and continue to shape your life.
You will glean all the treasures of the week whether you are a highly experienced writer or yogi or just starting out, because Annie and Joyce have used our collective experience of many decades of teaching to craft an experience that will welcome and empower all women – regardless of your experience level with writing or yoga.
This will be a small group and space is limited, so please register now at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your space. We would love to see you there!

“The workshop was enriching and magical! It was amazing to experience how the rhythms spoke to different parts of our healing processes. What was additionally awesome is that I went to the workshop with an acute backache I had been suffering from and when I left the workshop, my backache was no longer.”
“It was really incredible. I don’t remember how long it’s been since I cried when reading my words aloud.”
“Your workshop was magical . . . I believe I can use the structures you gave us today to continue to move through my healing process (tears in my eyes….) I feel I’ve already made some big breakthroughs during today’s workshop!”
“Annie is the teacher that many of us yearn for, and some are lucky enough to work with. There is such a need for her earth and heart based teachings.”
