The path of beauty is the path of wisdom, awareness and acceptance. On this journey, we choose to embody the present moment, lead with a grateful heart and cultivate compassion for ourselves, our loved ones, and ultimately all beings.
On this retreat in the land of eternal spring, we’ll voyage through the seven major energy centers in the body: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. The circle is open to all levels and all body types. Everyone can practice yoga—the skinny, the rotund and everyone in between.
Join us for a special time of renewal as we share the pratices of yoga, mindfulness and writing in a safe and intimate space. Enjoy spa treatments, eat wholesome vegetarian cuisine and take time to unwind in our lakeside paradise.
