She will share her extensive knowledge, personal and professional experiences and techniques to support your healing and help you kickstart vibrant health, wellness and vitality. Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Therapist
Cyndi’s love for yoga and Ayurveda and natural affinity for mentoring others is expressed in her warm and enthusiastic approach to serving others. Cyndi is passionate about life, her daily practice and enriching the lives of her students and clients. Cyndi’s dedication to classical training led her to complete a 200 and 500-hour Life of a Yogi teacher’s training with Sri Dharma Mittra. She also completed a Yoga Nidra Professional and Master’s facilitator training at the Amrit Yoga Institute. Cyndi is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and completed a comprehensive clinical and Vedic studies internship at the Jiva Institute in Vrindava, India along with a one year Ayurveda clinical mentorship with Dr. Claudia Welch. She maintains ongoing clinical intensive studies with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute. Cyndi is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Professional Member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), holds a graduate degree from UVA and is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Medicine from the UNM.
Each day will start out with a morning therapeutic yoga session in one of the stunning group studios. After a scrumptious breakfast overlooking the lake, an ayurvedic discourse will be held. There will be some free time before and after lunch where you can simply sit back and enjoy the incredible views, indulge in one of the many healing services offered, or experience the local cultural activities listed below. In the evening, you’ll be guided through a relaxing yoga nidra session. Lastly, savor a healthy and delicious dinner before you begin to wrap up your day.
