I am currently sharing space with 80 unique souls on the banks of Maha Ganga in Rishikesh, India, assisting Golden Bridges annual month-long Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training immersion.
The communities of Rishikesh and Villa Sumaya both support and nurture all of us on our spiritual journey. In Rishikesh, it’s found everywhere from the juice shop keeper who brings our smoothies in the morning to the hotel clerk who has woken as we exit the doors at 4 a.m. So many grateful souls doing seva, serving their higher self and witnessing transformation.
I truly feel blessed that I am able to share my experiences and these incredible yogic teachings with others.
In December, we embark on our annual New Year’s Yoga Retreat in Guatemala at Villa Sumaya.
I cherish the thought of returning to magical Lake Atitlan, with her sunshine, prana and majestic volcanic mountains. She brings warmth and comfort to my soul. A place that I always feel welcome, a place to dive deep into our self discovery, to reflect on our past and set our hopes and intentions for the future. To slow our pace, relax, take deep breaths, warm our bones, swim, play and share love and laughter with friends and family.
To chant early to the rising sun, purify through breath and asana while spending are evenings sharing life’s wisdom.
We have a wonderful group enrolled who are ready to embark on this journey with us. If you are looking for a retreat rich in beauty and a place to laugh, reconnect, heal, and rejuvenate through the land and practice of yoga and meditation, come and join us.
You will share space with amazing people, healers and nature, Tune into your loving source and bring calm to your hearts and minds sending positive vibrations to our global community.
Until we meet, blessings and peace.
