Lake AtitlanJoin us for an in-depth exploration into the full 8-limbed practice. Through the physical practices of Kundalini and Ashtanga Yoga combined with daily pranayama, meditation, mantra and sutra study, we will guide you into a mentally balanced and energetically vibrant state of being. We will explore Western psychology, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Ten Bodies as outlined in Kundalini Yoga. We’ll deepen our understanding of how our minds operate and how to acknowledge and manage our emotions. We will work to identify the obstacles that keep us from experiencing the ease or sweetness, the SUKHA, in life. By navigating our body from a variety of perspectives, we hope to build an appreciation and awareness of our own humanness on a more profound level. Our goal is to align with our inner truth and experience the full extent of our human potential, in all it’s complexity, sweetness and beauty!
