Join us for an in-depth exploration into the full 8-limbed practice. Through the physical practices of Kundalini and Ashtanga Yoga combined with daily pranayama, meditation, mantra and sutra study, we will guide you into a mentally balanced and energetically vibrant state of being. We will explore Western psychology, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Ten Bodies as outlined in Kundalini Yoga. We’ll deepen our understanding of how our minds operate and how to acknowledge and manage our emotions. We will work to identify the obstacles that keep us from experiencing the ease or sweetness, the SUKHA, in life. By navigating our body from a variety of perspectives, we hope to build an appreciation and awareness of our own humanness on a more profound level. Our goal is to align with our inner truth and experience the full extent of our human potential, in all it’s complexity, sweetness and beauty!
About the teachers:
Sarah Kline: is a licensed professional counselor, M.A. in Counseling/ Psychology, yoga teacher with 18-years of experience. Trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR (which addresses Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome), she incorporates yoga and meditation into the healing process, reprocessing and rewiring of the brain to improve overall wellbeing. She teaches Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow, and Hot Yoga Classes at Inversion Yoga in Jackson Hole, WY and online at Yoga Today.
Louise Sanseau: is an E-RYT 500 YA certified yoga teacher, founder and 8-year owner of Inversion Yoga and YogaLyte (a wellness supplement company), extensive study in Ashtanga Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. Louise works to foster spaces that are safe for self-exploration and disseminating conflict. She uses yoga philosophy and Western psychology as a platform to deepen our relationship with others and within ourselves. She teaches Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga at Inversion Yoga in Jackson Hole, WY.
