LABOR DAY WEEK: Yoga Culture & Transformation Retreat / Jodie Rufty & Yuval Samburski
September 4 - 11, 2021
Embrace your soul and immerse yourself this Labor Day in a week of transformative yoga, healing music, cultural excursions and sacred Mayan ceremonies as you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Jodie and Yuval are excited to co-host this magical all-inclusive retreat at Villa Sumaya eco-retreat center on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Villa Sumaya means “the place of dreams” and “where dreams come true.”
Lake Atitlan’s powerful magnetic energy will renew, restore and reinvigorate your soul. Awaken and enliven your senses by immersing yourself in the lakes healing vibrations, surrounded by the natural wonders of three majestic volcanoes. You will deepen your practice, exploring Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Sound. Come set an intention to purify and recharge the elemental energy stores inside you by escaping to the mystical energy of Lake Atitlan and Villa Sumaya. The lake is known as “The Belly Button of the World”, the Solar Plexus Chakra – leading us forward, in support of a stronger, healthier more empowered self.
Enjoy free time to swim in Lake Atitlan, lie in a hammock, soak in the sun, visit local villages, hike a volcano or indulge in a spa treatment.
