The Path of Beauty: Living from the Heart through Yoga + Ritual / Michelle and Ash

December 30, 2022 - January 7, 2023

Wrap up 2022 and ring in 2023 in the midst of beauty and celebration. Immerse yourself in a slice of paradise in picturesque Antigua and on magical Lake Atitlan in the Mayan highlands of Guatemala for a week of yoga, creativity, community and culture!

Clarify your vision, purpose and truth by tapping your creative flow and inspiring new growth. We’ll spend the first four nights at a beautiful hotel in Antigua and the last four nights at Villa Sumaya, a world-class retreat center on the shores of Lake Atitlan.

Guatemala is a magical place for healing, growing and incubating dreams. Walking the path of beauty, we are ever grateful to the magic miracle of life happening now. We realize that every moment we have the choice to open, expand, heal and grow.

In an intimate group of new friends, through the shared group practices of yoga, breathing, meditation, relaxation, and tuning in, we will align with our heart’s deepest desires and watch our unique purpose for being on the planet unfold.

Together, we will stretch, flow, sit, stand, breathe, dance, sweat, swim, laugh and cry. Join the circle as we recharge with a heart-opening yoga practice designed to accommodate every body.

Ash Fletcher

Ash is a perpetually developing yogini. She grew up on a family farm in South Dakota, where she developed her understanding of community and the peace in Nature. Since that wholesome beginning, she has become a sojourner accepting her spirit of wanderlust and experiencing diverse cultures and communities.

Yoga found Ash during her training as a dancer. The in-depth kinesthetic wisdom provided through the ancient heart of yoga appealed to her, and she began daily practice and teaching of yoga at age 18. Her travels and studies have taken her through 49 of the United States and throughout Central and South America as well as Europe. Studying dance and movement and performing professionally through her undergraduate years, she developed her strengths as an artist.

Later, Ash’s passion to teach led her to earn her BS in Education and after 4 years in outdoor education and 4 years in the classroom, she earned her MA in International Education. For the past decade, she has served as program director for Wholesome Living, Inc. With her bright and playful spirit, Ash joyfully works to promote healthy and regenerative practices for everyone.
