On the Journey Home Retreat, we will peel away the layers that keep us from seeing our true nature and remember that we are always at home within ourself.
We believe that true connection happens in intimate settings. On this journey, we will dive deeper into the practices of yoga and other healing modalities that help us dive deeper into our practice. Together we will all hold space for one another to dig deeper into our beings. So that we may know the capacity that IS our highest expression. We’ve included several ceremonies and activities to go within and create community. There are many more activities to choose from that will meet your needs on your path of exploration.
We will weave our way through the journey with yoga, dance and stillness. Connecting to our deepest selves in nature.

Aimee Lynn
Raised in the small town of Victoria, TX, I found my love for the earth and its energy during an elementary school field trip to the local gem show. Every year, my class would visit the community center to learn about rocks. I was instantly drawn to the many shapes and sparkles. I remember holding them and feeling something special.
I felt this special energy once again while starting my yoga journey in my early adulthood while living in Rogersville, MO. Yoga gave me a connection to something deep inside. When I practiced, I found myself more aligned, connected, and present. In 2010, I received my 200 RYT in Chandler, Arizona and took a leap to move out west to explore my passion for yoga.
From 2018 to present, I teach yoga classes full time in Phoenix, AZ. Here, I was able to share my love of yoga by running yoga teacher trainings and international yoga retreats. Leading retreats is one of my favorite creative projects. Guiding attendees on a journey of exploration of self and connecting with nature makes my heart sing.
