August 24, 2024 - August 31, 2024
Join Hot Yoga of Delray and escape the modern-day hustle bustle to a Mountainside lush paradise. Take the opportunity to pamper yourself with the various spa services offered by Villa Sumaya. Or just lay at the pool surrounded by beautiful flora. Exploring the property (don’t forget a visit to the
apothecary), taking a swim in Lake Atitlan, or just embracing the tranquility of relaxing with in a hammock with a book (they have an extensive library), while enjoying a cup of fresh- brewed herbal tea (included and offered all day – so many varieties/blends all grown locally– even concoct your
own), there is plenty of opportunity to pass the time during non-scheduled activities. And for those stargazers – you are far away from city lights. Find a secluded area and look up. You will never see so many stars here as you can in a city (weather permitting of course).
And just what are those scheduled activities?
All of which are all included, and of course optional

After securing her favorite teacher to be her Manager she proclaimed to her husband “We’re opening a Yoga Studio!” Fully aware of her drive he replied “I guess we’re opening a Studio” And that’s how Hot Yoga of Delray began – opening its doors in 2008.
To delve more into her yoga education she attended her 1st Yoga retreat as a participant in 2011. During the experience, her mind was racing with ideas “if this were my retreat I’d have done this – or I would have offered that… I could improve on it in so many little ways”. After she began finding the right locale, figuring the logistics, and putting an itinerary together her ideas materialized in the form of an overseas retreat in 2012, as Hot Yoga of Delray (her Studio) offered its 1st Yoga Retreat. Since then, Jane has lead hundreds of participants in groups from 12 – 40+ to 6 countries outside the US. She went to Villa Sumaya in Guatemala as a Participant with her husband in 2022. They both were immediately was taken with its beauty and embraced its offerings. She knew this was a place she wanted to offer as a destination for a retreat. This retreat is the culmination of that desire.
