With 18 years of experience in the sacred arts of hands-on healing and the mysteries of the universe, Luz Duque has studied with indigenous wisdom keepers from North, Central, and South America, deepening her knowledge of natural healing practices. As a Curandera, she integrates ancient traditions with modern energy healing, offering transformative experiences rooted in the elements, earth, and the cosmos.
Luz is also a Woman Empowerment Priestess, facilitating powerful women’s circles and specializing in womb healing. She offers sacred ceremonies, including weddings, baptisms, and rites of passage, providing spiritual guidance for individuals and couples alike.
As an experienced facilitator, Luz leads spiritual retreats worldwide, including in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Mexico, and beyond. Her work brings people back to the sacred through rituals designed to reconnect them with Mother Earth, the elements, and their own inner wisdom.
A grandmother of two, Luz is an active elder in her community in South Florida, where she serves as a guide, mentor, and teacher. She has initiated numerous students into Reiki and other shamanic practices, supporting them on their journey of healing and empowerment.
Luz’s mission is to help others remember their true power through connection, healing, and the reclaiming of ancient practices, and she continues to travel the world, offering ceremonies, teachings, and sacred rituals to elevate the collective spirit.
Samantha Marcum
Sanadora | Retreat Facilitator | Reiki Master Teacher | Intuitive Coach | Yoga Instructor A lifelong seeker of transformation, she blends ancient wisdom and modern healing to guide others on their awakening journeys. Rooted in ancestral connection, intuition, and embodied spiritual practice, her work spans energy healing, yoga, and global retreats.
Since 2003, she has devoted herself to mind-body healing, and since 2012 she’s been teaching and practicing Reiki , and facilitating retreats and ceremonies that integrate practices like meditation, yoga, Akashic Records, Theta Healing, Mediumship and more.
From Full Moon Ceremonies in South Florida to sacred spaces on Lake Atitlán, her offerings are devoted to awakening, connection, and remembrance.
Now based in San Pablo La Laguna, Guatemala, she is honored to be a resident healer at Villa Sumaya and continues to share transformational experiences across cultures and continents. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group retreats, she holds space for those ready to step into their healing, their voice, and their power.
