Tommi Hanley

Life Coach, somatic breathwork & Contrast therapy facilitator

Tommi is dedicated to helping clients change their mindset, overcome limiting beliefs and live their most passionate and authentic lives. A professionally trained life, mindset and sobriety coach, she is also a certified breathwork facilitator, and a constrast therapy facilitator. One of Tommi’s most potent coaching modalities is understanding and overcoming childhood trauma and how to break generational cycles of behaviour and belief systems.

Aimee Fawcett

Somatic therapist, Medicine woman, & reiki master teacher

Aimee founded SEVA Somatic to provide a platform for support and authentic connection. She specializes in somatic therapy techniques, Maya abdominal massage, womb healing, energy work, sound therapy, trauma release, and states of consciousness. Aimee has a multicultural perspective when approaching healing and has learned various ancient modalities from mentors in Central America. She studied alongside Maria Eugenia Gobbato and Mayan elder’s in Guatemala in an intensive Sobada Maya Abdominal Massage course.
