Yoga retreat -group from Poland / Justyna Wojciechowska & Marta Podleśna

It’s a combination of yoga and sightseeing. A week on the road, a week to regenerate body and soul with yoga. The teacher of fascial yoga will be Justyna Wojciechowska from Poland and she will be accompanied by the Mayan guide Marta Podlesna. It is a journey into oneself and into the heart of the Mayan world.
Justyna Wojciechowska –
Founder of Yoga Art of Living, certified yoga teacher according to B.K.S. Iyengar method and teacher of fascial yoga, physiotherapist. She has been practising yoga since 1999. She systematically participates in teacher training workshops both at home and abroad. In 2012 she completed an internship at Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Puna (India), where she deepened her practice and knowledge of yoga therapy under the guidance of the Iyengar family. On a daily basis, she teaches yoga in Warsaw, at the Yoga Art of Living school, where she conducts classes for beginners and advanced students, prophylactic classes of YOGA FOR THE KINDLE, BODY YOGA and thematic workshops developing body awareness. In her work, she combines her knowledge and skills in physiotherapy, hatha yoga, fascial yoga and other methods of working with the body, and tries to adjust the programme to the abilities and needs of each participant. Since 2005, she has been running yoga courses in beautiful parts of Poland and, since 2010, also foreign trips to Asia, combining the practice of yoga and sightseeing in the most interesting places in India, Nepal, China, Burma, Sri Lanka and Bali.
Marta Podleśna-
Geographer, Latin American specialist, guide, journalist. She set out into the world in 2000, studying in Spain, from where she moved to Mexico for her first pilotage. In 2005, she realised her big dream by travelling the entire continent of South America alone. She combined her passion for travel with her professional work and founded Latino Tour in 2008. Her achievements include 20 years as an expedition leader and guide, 15 years as a logistician, organisation and/or piloting of more than 150 author touring and trekking expeditions (including Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Guatemala, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Brazil, Antarctica). Performer of the Labyrinth of the World project at the International Festival of Reportage. To his credit: recordings for radio stations, tourism publications, expert interviews for TV. Trains pilots. In his work he focuses on quality, attention to detail and positive cooperation.
